Beautiful space and very clean! Our stay could've been great. Unfortunately our first getaway with no kids in a very long time had us awake before 4am. There was continously a loud dog barking, stomping, followed by yelling every few minutes thru the entire morning directly above us.We decided to cut our stay and leave quite a few hours before check out. Definitely a disappointing experience.

Upon checking in there was an issue that was resolved very quickly by the property owner. However trying to sleep was a totally different story. We were unable to sleep due to the noise coming from the apartments above the unit. This noise continued through the night until around 5:00am. That has left us with no sleep for the event we planned on attending the following morning. Most likely we will not be returning to the property on our next trip to Eureka Springs. Which is unfortunate because the location of the property could not be more ideal.

Loved this stay! Very spacious and comfortable. Just off downtown enough that you can still get to everything quickly but can get away from the hustle and bustle. Already planning our next trip!

We had a wonderful visit in ES. The suite we stayed in was perfect. The location was close to downtown and next to a trolly stop. It was very clean and a safe environment to settle i to after a long day out. I highly recommend a stay here

Great Stay, Great Location, Great Host. Positive: The apartment was very cute and clean. Stocked with everything we needed and close enough to downtown to walk, but far enough out that it’s very quiet at night. Private off the street parking. Negative: Nothing. It would be a little better if there was an end table or something in the living area. We had to put our drinks on the floor.

Just kidding with the title. My wife and I was totally impressed when we walk in. The remodel of the inside of this properly is beautiful. Reminded me of a classic wine cellar, the rooms and sleeping area are very large. The kind size bed is not tucked into a corner as the bedroom is open and very large. The bathtub/shower is on a step, so be careful of that. Bed is very comfortable. Nice size TV to watch, plus sitting on the deck is very inviting. Walking to town is easy, plus, pet friendly!! Very clean. We will be back.

We loved our stay at this VRBO! The location was peaceful, with a lovely balcony overlooking the main street into Eureka Springs. It was an easy and quick walk into town, which made exploring so convenient—no need to worry about parking or fees.The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a small note: the shower/bath has a step or two up, which might be tricky for those with mobility concerns.Overall, we were super happy with our stay and will definitely consider booking this unit again!
