Great time for a long weekend! Positive: Great location away from the busy town. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Negative: The bathroom door is pretty loud so with 4 adults it would wake others up. Really wish there was a half bath for extra toilet.

Beautiful home with Magnificent Sunset; Beds were subpar Positive: Location is exceptional if you are looking for something on the outskirts of the main strip; roughly 20 minutes from downtown. The house is an older farm house that has been remodeled beautifully and the sunroom was a hit. The backyard offered plenty of space for your pet to run and the patio was private looking into the field of horses and a magnificent sunset. Negative: the beds, oh man. they need to be replaced. You can't offer accommodations with subpar beds after a complete remodel of the inside. part of the frame underneath the bed was flat out broken and barely held together. Immediately contacted the host about the broken bed frame and after the second attempt to fix the issue (roughly 48 hours to resolve this); the bed was still barely screwed back together and unstable. I'd be replacing these mattresses and bedframes ASAP. 10/10 uncomfortable and partially why I wouldn't rent this house again.
