Positive: Loved the scenery and how peaceful it was to just sit out on the deck and enjoy nature. Negative: I don't have a single complaint

Wonderful place to stay, clean safe and quiet! Well stocked! It was a bit tricky to find and the driveway is steep and hard to get to - you need to drive past and turn around so I wish that was in the instructions to check in! Overall great stay and I would recommend.

This was a wonderful property! It's the perfect balance of secluded and close to town. The property is beautiful with the lake directly across from the road. You can sit outside on the patio and just enjoy the nature. When you are ready to go into town you are only a 5 min drive. It's the best of both worlds. You have a gas stove and regular size refrigerator. The kitchen pots & pans, silverwear, dishes are more than enough for cooking at the cabin. There is a tall bed in the main bedroom (I was grateful for the steps) and a loft bed if needed. I've already gotten requests from friends for the link so they can come out and stay!

It was a nice place to stay. The location was pleasant, but there were a couple things that could have been better maintained before we arrived. There was a loose chair that was placed at the back of the table that caused me to fall over (but no serious injury). It also seems as the cabin lost power & the ice in the freezer was clumped together. These are our only complaints though, and without them it would have been 5 stars. It was a charming and semi secluded getaway. The price was relatively fair. Instructions were fairly clear and it was easy to get in. We would book with them again.

Our weekend stay at the cabin Positive: We loved staying in this rustic cabin and the beautiful scenery; It was relaxing and peaceful. The location was close to downtown Eureka Springs with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Plus, it was close enough to enjoy activities and attractions. Negative: We had an issue with turning on and off the bathroom tub/shower; we had maintenance fix it, had a dirty shower curtain removed and replaced, and the towels could of be cleaner; they smelled when wet. But we do appreciate these things being fixed.

Our stay at Coyotes Rest was WONDERFUL! COMPLETE relaxation!- from the chairs on the deck watching the sunrise, to the reading nook, enjoying my books! PERFECT!

Loved the location and all the little personal touches to make it unique. The owner has thought of everything to accommodate and make the stay stress free. Very clean and cozy.

We loved being by the lake and we were visited by deer and lots of wildlife! we would love to stay there again.

The only issue we had was accessing the address for the property on VRBO, it will not allow you to copy and paste the address and also doesnt include the city in the address provided so google maps will send you to the wrong location. Other than that the cabin and was amazing

This was the perfect little rustic cabin for a romantic weekend! Location is ideal! You feel like you are far away from town, but you are really right there! Would highly recommend!

We arrived right before a snow storm came in and dropped 6 inches overnight. Waking up and opening the wrap around windows was an amazing site! We didn’t see anyone else for a few days, snow undisturbed! It was picture perfect. The cabin was cozy and the wood burning stove was perfect for the occasion. Thanks for having us!

Cabin is awesome. So cozy and clean. Has a full sized refrigerator and oven/stove to cook a great breakfast. Property is close to town but far away to feel like you’re actually camping. Love this place. Will be back.

This was our first time in this cabin. We have stayed before in a different cabin. It was very relaxing and very well equipped. We had one problem no water at the tub/ shower. Would forsure rent again
