The Sweet Spring Villa Life! Positive: I can't express how much we loved this property to stay at. We jave stayed at several locations around Eureka, and this was absolutely amazing. From the moment we went in, we were hooked! The host was very communicative, checking in with me, which I like. The Villa was clean, comfortable, great location, and tastefully decorated. We lived the "extra" of the waters and snacks. Very well thought out. There are 2 places right across the street to have food, coffee and martinis! We loved that! The history of the building adds to all the pluses too! We will definitely book the Villa again! Thank you for offering such a beautiful property. Negative: We liked everything. We did think that a couple of hooks in the bathroom would be great.

Incredible location, host was super responsive. Definitely will stay again. Positive: Excellent location near downtown. Coffe shop and restaurant right accross the street. Negative: The cooktop either needed repair or directions for use. Fortunately the microwave also functions as an air fryer and oven so we were able to cook using that.

Fun place to stay. Positive: This place was perfect!! Right in the middle of downtown. The rooms and living area were spacious and nicely decorated. The shower was fantastic. Enjoyed everything about this place.

It was a beautiful place. Very clean and had all the necessities. It was perfect walking distance to downtown. The owner was super nice and checked up on us after the first night! I will definitely stay here again! Oh, the parking was an extra plus!

The host was great and the place clean and neat. The location is perfect, and the size of the place is just right for us. The only issue is the TV doesn't always hook to the wi-fi quickly and the controls make you wait between selections. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay for us.

Just returned home from a wonderful stay in Eureka Springs. The Downtown Villa 2 at Sweet Spring was outstanding. The host provided entry information in a timely fashion. We now have a new favorite spot to stay in Eureka Springs. Thank you for everything and we hope to return soon

The Downtown Villa 2 at Sweet Springs was perfect. It was my favorite of all the places I have stayed in Eureka Springs. The place was clean, bed was very comfortable, and the location was superb. Coffee and beer just across the street. Walking distance to great food, shopping & fun. Aspen was super responsive & a great host. We will be back.

Rental clean, well stocked for 4, Great location for walking to central part of town. Great restaurants and shops with unique artsy flare. Will stay again if traveling thru.

Great stay, highly recommend, fix the entry confusion add a small inexpensive countertop ice maker! Positive: Great location, spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, parking for 2 cars, host was very responsive and provided clear house rules. Also provided clear instructions on what to do at end of visit. Negative: A numeric code was given for entry. There was a key pad on the door. After trying several times I called the host number. Turns out the code was to be used on a lock box hanging on the parking space sign. It contained keys for entry. Those instructions need to be a little clearer. Also, a great kitchenette with wine cooler (doubles as a fridge), microwave (that doubles as an airfryer), two burner flat cooktop, small sink and dishwasher. The only thing we really needed was ice. We had to go out and buy a bag of ice as none was available in the kitchenette. Then no where to keep a melting bag of ice except in the sink.

Very clean, excellent location with parking

This property works perfect for us. You can park right by the front door; the property is located across the street from an excellent lunch place and Brews (coffee and beer). The Melonlight theater is also across the street and the location is right in town. The place is comfortable and pleasant looking. Everything works.

Place was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a pleasant surprise. Can't beat the location which put us in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

This was a great location for exploring Eureka Springs. We liked having the parking right there with no steps to navigate. We especially liked having a coffee shop right next door.

We came for a girls' trip to Eureka Springs and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Villa 2 was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds are comfy, and the bathroom is big with a large shower. The living room is great for sitting and visiting. Villa 2 is within walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The only suggestion we had was a fan for the bedroom with the queen bed.

We will definitely stay here again!! Great location at the top of all the local shops!!

Everything was as listed. Very clean etc. Fair warning, beds are very soft. The water pressure for showering is very very weak. I believe this is a fairly new renovation. I say this because there is a strong paint smell still lingering.

The apartment was like new and very clean. I parked and never got in my car again! Everything is within walking distance! The best thing of all is that I was able to park right in front of the door and didn't have to haul my stuff up a steep narrow staircase. Extremely rare in Eureka Springs! I'll be back for sure!!

The property was clean and the perfect location for those who want to be close to the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet not be surrounded by all of the traffic. The only downfall was that our personal parking spot was part of a public parking area.

We needed a few days to unwind and reconnect and this villa at Sweet Spring did not disappoint! Being so close to boutiques and eateries was delightful! We parked the car in front of the villa and it was there the entire time because we walked! We plan to return to enjoy the fall foliage!

Great location at the top of shopping district with off street parking. Comfortable beds, fluffy bathrobes, and mini kitchen. Hikes, sights and eats close by. Easy communication with host.

I’ve been doing overnighters in Eureka for thirty years. Sweet Springs Villa #2 is the best. Large private bedrooms...large bathroom...and plenty of space in the living room for a small group to relax after time spent downtown. Not a bad walk to get to the best places.....and and when you're ready to venture to the outskirts of town, your vehicle is RIGHT AT YOUR DOOR. The Villa is like a small home, vs. the funkiness that you may find at other places. The Villa puts other downtown lodging to shame.

Close to everything and always clean and nice

We have stayed here twice while visiting Eureka Springs. It is a perfect location and has everything our family of three need.

My mother, daughter, sister and I stayed a long weekend to see the Christmas parade and do some shopping. The villa was perfect for us, so very comfortable and nice. It was the perfect location to walk almost anywhere. . We would have liked to have 4 coffee cups instead of three, but we made do. We did have to buy toilet paper because there were only 2 rolls of thin 1 ply tissue. They were not able to get the tpaper to us til next day due to streets being shut down for parade but we couldnt wait. It was still a very wonderful stay, very comfortable beds. I would suggest a chair in the front bedroom and luggage racks in both rooms..I was a bit disappointed it wasnt decorated for the Christmas season but I understand the risk of any extras in a VRBO situation. I definitely would stay there again.

We came early on a Friday and the host let us in very early which was nice since we had been on the road for 5 hours. The house is adorable with beautiful clean and comfy beds! The location is perfect. The only drawback was the coffee shop across the street was so rude so we only went there once.everything else was perfect .

The property is clean and comfortable and parking is handy, at least when someone doesn't steal your spot, a big plus in downtown Eureka Springs. The location is walking distance to anything in town and there is a great lunch place (So Good) as well as coffee, beer, and light meal place (Brews) right across the street. The only issue we had, which was negligible was the TV streaming was somewhat haphazard. We stayed here once before and .1 will definitely book here again.

This property was amazing! Spacious, clean, and is located in the perfect spot. It had free parking, and is so close to everything we wanted to do in old downtown.

We loved our stay! The place was super clean and comfortable. Plus it included a parking space, which was fantastic! Walking distance to most of the downtown area. Easy to get in/out. Excellent place to stay!

Weekdays are best if need peace and quiet. Weekends get a bit loud, there's a bar across the street. Ground floor gets traffic lights but dies down around 12am. Love this place though. Really nice if you book during the week. There is only a microwave and mini fridge, so not cooking or ice for your drinks, just so you know.

As promised, easy check in, clean, and great parking.

We enjoyed a fantastic girls trip. Great location. Walked to grab coffee daily. The beds were comfortable, very cozy and clean. Definitely will stay here again.

We liked being able to walk to downtown easily. Parking was tight, no ice available, wine cooler was only refrigerator offered. Simple coffee pot with coffee in zip lock bag. Paper bag of brown sugar for coffee, no creamer. 3 coffee cups for 4 guests. I thought I was booklng a 2 bed, 2 bath property. One very nice bath, well decorated, good beds, near town, Just needs a little upgrade on kitchen.

It was excellent once we found it because we arrived in the dark and couldn't read the street signs..and a drunk driver backed up into the parking lot missing us by inches upon arrival.

The property was nice and great location with parking. When I booked the property in December 2023 it was advertised as a 1 & 1/2 bath but the 1/2 bath was not available when we arrived. I’m assuming it was the locked door that stated owners closet.

This delightful rental was very elegant with sumptuous furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. The interior doors were large and heavy and were very effective at noise cancellation. The neighborhood was quiet during the time we were there. The residence was centrally located, and if you are comfortable walking up and down slopes and stairs, most downtown places are accessable on foot. There is a lot of history around the area within easy driving distance. We enjoyed visiting the Crescent Inn and the many springs about the town. Altogether, we were very pleased with our stay.

Like that its low traffic area but close to everything, Didn't notice in the description that there is no stove or way to get ice. That's not a problem but if you miss it while reading and bring food and drinks then it's a oops moment for sure. Now we know but will try to make this a regular stop. Beautiful place and a comfortable bed.

The property was as described. Everything in walking distance to downtown. I wish there would have been some throws/blankets as I ended up getting sick and had to use the comforter off the bed to cover with while in the living room. The coffee pot did not work. Made a mess with the grounds when my husband tried to make coffee. So had to go across the street each morning to get his coffee. It was awesome location, the Easter Parade came right by the unit.

We hade a wonderful stay here! It’s in a primo location to walk to all the shops and restaurants because parking and traffic otherwise is cumbersome. Plenty of room, large bathroom, lots of towels, clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and great communication. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Eureka Springs.

Upon arrival ww yad great communication with owner/property manager. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Property is clean, extremely well stocked and spacious. This is a perfect location thats walking distance to most areas. However its just off the side enough that it was quiet. We will definitely be returning to this property! Great find! Highly recommended eating at Nibbles which is about a minute walk away too!
