I would definitely stay there again and I will recommend it. Positive: A big for 2, great mattress, neat area outside to sit and drink coffee…or whatever. Perfect location for walking around Eureka. Very quiet at night (early May). Negative: Parking felt a little stressful. There were orange cones to mark the 2 spaces for the associated rooms. These 2 spaces were amongst about a dozen spaces that required $5 for 3 hours of parking. We left our car parked most of the time but left at about noon one day to drive around. We placed our cone to save our parking space but when we returned the cone had been moved and another car was in its place. If you know Eureka, parking is a big deal and you usually have to pay. We parked in another spot without problem but I did spend an unusual amount of time peeking out the window, making sure my car wasn’t being towed. It was a little confusing when we first arrived as to where our entrance was (around back, up the steps, thru the gate). I’m a senior citizen; I found the thermostat control confusing because the blower never stopped running. Maybe some clear instructions nearby…The room was very comfortable, I just felt like something wasn’t right. A bathmat would have been nice, and I’m a sucker for bathroom heaters. It’s a cheap way to make a cold bathroom more comfortable, and seems like a mini-spa.

BEST PLACE TO STAY! Wonderful experience! Positive: Our host, Aspen, was supportive with timely greetings and attention to our needs. The villa was gorgeous, comfortable, quiet, and super clean. The tv service was great. Location was perfect too. Walkable - right in town. In fact this building is on the site of a historical hotel next to Sweet Water Spring. We had fun walking uphill to the Crescent Hotel. Great workout! A favorite was the Carnegie Library and spring next to it. We ate every day at the restaurant named Local Flavor. Was enchanting having the town to ourselves as this is the off season- in January. Weather is sunny and in 60s. Negative: All good - wish we had washer/dryer access.

Positive: Location was so close to the beautiful downtown area. We parked our vehicle and walked everywhere else. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect couples get-away. Quiet, clean, safe, comfortable, very short and actually unnoticeable easy walk to shops, restaurants, and activities. Strongly recommend this location and the staff at Bohemian Properties.

The property was just as depicted, very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, allowing for easy access to and from downtown Eureka Springs. Overall, it was a great experience!
