Cute downtown apartment Positive: Great location and beautiful apartment. Great little place to stay and visit eureka springs Negative: Nothing

This place was nice to experience, great location to walk around town but the hills are very extreme Positive: The room did have the amenities of a full fridge and sink, The furniture wasn't the most comfortable but was clean and worked out okay. Negative: The ad said we have the whole place to ourselves and a balcony and the picture showed what appeared to be a door that was easy to access from the parking area. Our parking area was down on a lower level and getting our bag to the room was very inconvenient to say the least. There was no balcony on our room only a courtyard that was a shared area with all the guests. The sound carried from the room above the whole time and it seemed like the plastic chairs made a huge sound while they were moving them back and forth all evening. No sound proofing on the doors to the hallway.

Positive: We enjoyed the location and the room with everything provided having recommendations from the binder were wonderful we went to a few of the places to explore and enjoyed the room on our down time. One thing that's not brought up is you can see Jesus from this location which was a surprise Negative: Under the couch was a bit dirty (old m&m's candy and a dried up worm from outside) and one of the cabinets with the toaster had a mess of crumbs other than that the beds were very firm to our liking of course these things are not enough to keep us from coming back

Amazing place with an amazing location. The outside is just as pretty as the inside and the host was super easy to get a hold of and we had the best time would recommend.

Negative: Back door squeaky, back door was a better entrance but no key or key pad.

Will definitely stay again. Loved our stay!! Positive: Love the location being so close to shopping and restaurants. It’s practically across the street from Rogue Manor and very close to The Grotto. The remodel is beautiful and love the patio areas. We loved the hot tub being right outside our back door. Negative: I only have a few suggestions: provide a remote to change the speed of the ceiling fan because it’s set on high and cannot be changed. Secondly, if adults will be sleeping on the sofa bed, bring a mattress topper bc it’s super hard. It also would be helpful if there was a door to provide privacy between the toilet and shower area from the vanity area.

We felt like we were at home, it was so cozy and comfortable! Positive: It was beautifully decorated and so comfortable! I will be back! Negative: There was only 1 and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper.

We liked this place a lot. There are so many wonderful places to stay in Eureka springs and this building is great. Everything seems brand new. We used the hottub and it was super clean and nice. Great location at the top of the strip right on the trolley line. You can shop down and ride back up. 2 things would improve stay: the bed wasn’t very comfortable, seemed sunken somehow and most of the rooms had some sort of seating area outside but ours didn’t. It wasn’t that big a deal since the chairs around the hottub were there to use. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent two nights in Suite A. Clean and great ascetics. Numerous perks with coffee, water, chips and toiletries. Very quiet in evening. Out door hot tub just a few steps away from the side door. Hot tub was clean, hot and relaxing. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Only negative is Suite A parking is just down the hill but it is prime to have off street parking. Would easily stay again! Just a beautiful walk for a couple of blocks and you are in the heart of downtown.

My boyfriend and I stayed in 151 Spring Street Suite A a couple of weeks ago. We absolutely loved our stay! The suite was immaculately cleaned and maintained. It came with everything we needed; full kitchen, large bathroom, king bed, and beautiful living space. We were too busy to take the time to enjoy the firepit or hot tub, but both were very inviting. Being in a historical building with thick walls, it was like we were in our own quiet oasis! We have been telling everyone our stay was the highlight of our trip. We will be back for sure. 10/10 stars!

We took a girls trip for the first time to Eureka Springs , we loved the area & the condo ! The condo was super clean , very updated & just as listed ! We loved the fire pit area & hot tub ! It was walking distance to downtown which was just as we wanted .. we cannot wait to come back !

Great location. Clean, well maintained and property host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen could use some more utensils - no cutting board or sharp knives, etc. Not really designed for fixing food. Dishes were on high shelves - some that I couldn’t reach without climbing. Note walls are very thin. We stayed in suite A downstairs and were kept awake for an hour in the middle of the night by a guest staying above us. Also rowdy guests using the hot tub just outside our door. Not the fault of the property or the host but still annoying. Despite the negatives we would recommend this place and would stay there again but NOT downstairs.
