The facility is a really exceptional for location, parking and easy access. Positive: Very modern, clean, exceptional location, most convenient parking and very easy accessing. Negative: Kitchen is arranged, plates, glasses, etc., for persons taller than me and the modern bathroom sinks aren't that functional but all in all the E Unit provided a pleasant stay. Hooking my Roku to the Roku was somewhat problematic but it worked out well. Still it provides an exceptional location and very comfortable stay.

The property was extremely clean. The host had some snacks and waters available. Very timely to respond to any questions. Left recommendations for places to eat and check out during the stay. The host was helpful, informative and very accommodating. The stay is in a prime location with easy access to everything a visitor would want to experience. The restoration to this historic property was lovely, with a clean, modern interior. It is now my favorite spot to stay when visiting ES.

What a wonderful property we stayed at on Spring Street! It had everything we needed for our quick get away! The suite was spotless and had all the extra touches available to us. We had 2 robes, toiletries, hot tub towels, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels in the suite along with dishwashing detergent pods to use. Water, yogurt snacks and oatmeal along with coffee pods were also available. The hot tub was nice and outside sitting area with fire pits was pleasant for a cooler evening (2 different areas available). Communication by property manager was spot on! We loved the original door and doorbell into the building!! Each suite had their own parking spot. We will definitely stay here, again!

It was a very charming place only downfall was a bit of noise from the street and noisy neighbors . Which is no fault if the owners . I would definitely stay again in spite of it

Wonderful stay, wonderful location. We walked everywhere- be prepared for hills (in all of Eurika Springs). The building was beautiful and so clean and taken care of. The outdoor area was a great place to hangout. I’ll be back!!

The suite was comfortable, and we absolutely loved the location for walking everywhere. The only thing that could be addressed would be the bed, it was sagging a lot in the middle and was kind of uncomfortable, but we loved everything else.. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect location! Close enough to walk to everything, but far enough to be relaxing. Pictures are accurate, and the space was super clean, modern, and welcoming! We arrived a little early, and communication with the owner was a breeze. We also had the fun surprise of a Christmas parade happening right below our windows! Loved everything about our stay. Highly recommend!

Good off-street parking and all amenities were as advertised. The facility was clean and fresh. It was the coldest day of the year so far but I'm guessing host had nothing to do with that :-)Very pleasant stay!

Super cool place, very nicely renovated while maintaining some of the historic charm. Parking was great and is an excellent location to walk pretty much anywhere in town.

The cabin was very pretty. However, the quilt on the bed needed to be cleaned and smelled of your previous guests. The couch smelled like an animal.

Great stay! Super fast and helpful communication from the host. Listing was accurate and just like the photos. The welcome binder had history about the building and those who were there before— very cool to learn about that and their choices in historic renovation. The location was better than I imagined- in the heart of it all so we walked everywhere, but enough at the edge to still be serene and relaxing. Robes and big towels provided for the hot tub were a nice touch. We will look here first for our next visit to ES.

The modern decor is great! The room was very clean! The layout of the room (and it’s just one room) is a bit awkward. There is only one chair to sit in and it’s very small. Not comfortable at all.

We stayed for two nights over the weekend and had an amazing time! The hot tub was clean and easy to use, I loved to view from the top floor window in Suite E and the location was fantastic. Will definitely book again for our next weekend getaway!

Its in such a great location to all the down town stuff, can even just walk to everything if you would like. The place was top notch clean, the design is just perfect to the T! We have stayed in so many different places, and you can tell whoever cleans/owns this property takes graat care of it!

This apartment was wonderful! It was extremely clean and newly renovated. I loved the modern downtown studio apartment feel. Bed was comfortable and big! One parking space is provided this suite which was helpful. This apartment is very conveniently located. My husband and I were able to enjoy short walks to local shops and restaurants from the apartment.

It was a great place to stay. My husband was ill so I was alone in my unit. I was disappointed that there was no coffee, sugar or creamer in my unit ( it said there would be),.The bed was comfy. I watched the Mardi Gras parade from my room.

This property exceeded all our expectations. It was spotless and the location was perfect! We will for sure book here again!

The location was phenomenal and the place itself was gorgeously renovated, squeaky clean and very easy to check in/check out! We will absolutely be booking this place again the next time we come to Eureka. Look no further than this place! A few minutes walk to everything. Right in the middle of it all yet still peaceful and quiet!

This property is absolute perfection. Everything is fresh and updated and the unit had everything we required for a wonderful stay. The property manager was easy to communicate with and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend staying here!

Good location. A dedicated parking spot. Nice as parking can be an issue downtown. The unit is great for two. Second floor overviews Spring St. Can’t speak to the weekend traffic but during the week it is relatively quiet. Our only suggestion would be a new mattress. The mattress and/or supports need to be replaced. The unit was clean and well provisioned with the basics.

My husband and I visited Eureka Springs for the first time over NYE. The property was perfect! Great location within walking distance to "downtown". Make sure you pack some walking shoes though...the hills are no joke. Our suite was perfect for the two of us. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. All of the updates are high quality. We didn't utilize the kitchen area, but everything you'd need to make a small meal is available.

This property was clean, well appointed, and everything worked. It is a beautifully remodeled 19th century building with upscale furnishings and décor. Within easy walking distance of all Eureka Springs downtown has to offer. We will be back.
