We enjoyed our stay for our anniversary. Positive: It’s a cozy carriage house that is separate from the main house. Beautiful layout with comfortable furniture and spacious living space. Dedicated parking that wasn’t listed in the bookings page. WiFi included in case of bad cellular connection. Netflix available on TV. A kitchen to cook in if not dining out. Spacious bathroom with nice shower/tub. Negative: The toilet paper and paper towels smelled a little smoky like they were stored in a smoky environment or previous guests smoked.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location, which was easily walkable to anything in downtown Eureka Springs. I think adding another rug in the space would be nice and a larger table to dine at. There is a space in the bathroom to hang some clothes. Host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Thank you for allowing our fur-babies!

Enjoyed our stay. The Carriage House cottage was just as advertised. Clean & comfortable, lots off character, and in a good location very close to downtown but off the beaten path. Appreciated the designated parking spot. Our host communicated quickly and clearly with us at all times.

What a magical little cottage in a magical little oasis of a town. Positive: This was an amazing location and an amazing accommodation at an amazing price. Worth it. Negative: Parking was really hard to get in and out of. Eureka Springs has very narrow streets, especially off of main roads, and that combined with narrow parking and stone structures on either side of the parking entrance made it tedious to navigate into and out of the parking from and to this narrow street. But this is a problem absolutely everywhere in town. Just a general warning for your trip. Not a dealbreaker.

Great spot! Very comfortable and great proximity to down and the shops. Only suggestion we have is a small curtain on the window above the door do to morning sunlight. We will definitely be looking to stay here again and the late night food truck next door is amazing!!

The place was so attractive and cozy. We loved it! Was just perfect. I do think a couple of hints on finding the place would be very helpful. We tried two map apps and they were all mixed up. Some streets change names as you cross an intersection. I get that it’s a very old area. We live where the apps don’t guide people correctly either and I’m always warning people.

I loved being close to historic downtown Eureka Springs. The property is well maintained and the host responded politely and quickly to my questions.

Everything that was needed was provided Centered in town made walking to shops and restaurants easy.

Lovely little house close to downtown.

The check in was effortless. The kitchen facilities were great and well stocked. You might want to bring some ice because the freezer is small. The tub was awesome. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi worked great. The location was really nice. We would walk up the 88 stairs to upper Spring street grab coffee and come back to the cottage, sit on the adorable patio and do the crossword puzzle. A pretty great way to start the day.

Great location! Everywhere we went was within walking distance. Cute place. Only suggestion I have is to improve the lighting a bit, inside can be pretty dark at night even with all the lights on.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this comfortable and beautiful home. A short walk leads right to downtown Eureka Springs, and it was convenient for everything we wanted to do. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was that there were quite a few things that were missed when the place was cleaned (dishes in cabinets that were still greasy or had food stuck on, crumbs on counters, etc). Otherwise, this place was very nice, and the host was great.

Location is everything. Walk everywhere in the historic area. Very cute cottage but for us it was lacking a few things. - Mattress is worn, large amount of sagging in middle and slept poor. - Mini frig does not cool well and will not make ice. - Lighting is poor, hard to see or find things. - No dresser or shelves that allow you to fully unpack. There’s a place to hang shirts but that’s pretty much it. - No Oven or grill. If you want to cook, you have to do it in a medium fry pan or microwave. Overall the place is really cute and the location is almost perfect. Not a million people walking by looking in your place but close enough to walk anywhere. With a few upgrades and fixes this would be the most affordable perfect cottage for a couple or single.

Great location. Very nice jacuzzi tub, comfortable room. A few minor things, a couple of light bulbs need replacing, the bed was not the most comfortable. Other than that, great place.

Rainy weather was a slight problem but nothing insurmountable. The storms knocked out the cable television which was inconvenient but none of these issues were the problems of the property.

The place was nice and it a great location. The only negative was the bathtub . We are older adults and found it hard to get in and out of the tub. The refrigerator did not make ice but other than that was a great visit and wedding for our daughter .

Lighting needs improvement, very dark inside. Shower/Tub situtation was tough. Very hard to get into tub for shower...much too high. But we enjoyed the Carriage House. Location was great.

Great location and wonderful accommodation. Everything we needed with the exception of bath soap. I called to ask where bath soap was located and was told tiny facial bar of soap was for shower too. Suggest you give guest a shower size soap or tell guests in advance you don’t furnish it!

The fireplace didn’t work. The refrigerator didn’t work. The freezer was frozen over and wouldn’t even make ice. The coverlet on the bed was uncomfortable and was the only blanket available. Wasn’t pleased with the parking situation either. I NEVER give bad reviews but this place needs help

We adored staying in this place! The best is huge and comfortable. And you cannot beat the location! It was awesome to be able to walk back and forth to all the shops and restaurants! Would absolutely stay again.

Different location. Excellent property. Quiet, comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. Only issues was refrigerator ice door missing so would not make ice. Also wish there had been a small dining table to sit at while I was doing some work or to eat a meal

We had a great time in Eureka. Our little house was perfect for the two of us. Had everything we needed for the 4 days we were there. We wish the neighbors knew where their parking spot was - sometimes they would park in our spot allocated for “The Carriage House”. Other than that. We we were pleased with our stay!

This is the perfect place to stay in Eureka Springs for a couple and a dog! The Carriage house is perfectly located within a block of downtown shops and comes with a parking spot which is key in this town. The Carriage house itself is very comfortable, a central large living space with king bed, a fireplace, comfy couch, nice design touches and a kitchen area, adjoined by a large sized bathroom. We stayed here just prior to Christmas with temps going down into the 20's and the space heated up quickly. Great communication, all my queries were promptly responded to. This will definitely be our go-to choice for future Eureka Springs visits!

Everything was very positive. Location was perfect. Walking distance to all in town shopping and restaurnts. Quiet at night. Bed was very comfortable. Nice little kitchen to cook your own meals if you wish. Nice shower and jacuzzi tub. Got lucky with weather. We hiked Black Bass lake and then upped it a notch and hiked Lake Leatherwood. Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Local Flavor and equally great breakfast at Mudd Street. Enjoyed some local music and hit a couple of local coffee shops. Clean properly, easy off street parking, provided everything we needed for the stay. Close walking distance to everything we wanted to see in town . We will definitely stay again when we have a chance.

I have been coming to Eureka Springs for years and this is probably my favorite spot to stay in from now on! Great for a solo traveler or couple. Very comfortable bed and all the amenities you need. Peaceful and private, while close to all the downtown action. I will be coming back here again!

Decor, bed and location were great!

Great location. Very close to town and pretty quiet. Perfect rental for two people and little pup. It would be better if the parking was clearly marked for each of the rentals because other renters took our parking space. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

As I wrote before, we both had Covid and were unable to make the trip. I’m sure it would have been perfect.

I loved everything about this place. Loved how close it was to downtown. Was able to bring my dogs with. Quiet at night. Spacious. Clean. Only down fall was the fridge/freezer. It’s a mini fridge and didn’t seem to freeze well or keep things too cold. That’s the only negative thing I can say about this place. The fridge won’t keep me away I’m already wanting to go back :)

My wife and I have been to Eureke Springs many times but this trip by far was the most relaxing. The carriage house was extremely quiet and was within walking distance of all the great shops and restaurants the town has to offer. Parking can be challenging in Eureke Springs but the carriage house eliminated that concern. Easily accessible parking. Will be returning and highly recommend the carriage house. Extreme clean and well decorated and furnished.

The room appeared to be clean (smelled a little stale from being closed up). However, after showering the first evening and walking around barefooted, I discovered my feet were BLACK…the floor was quite dirty. There was no floor cleaner, but I did mop the entire place using hot water (and the mop in the cleaning closet). The only other issue was that the guest in the main house parked in the Carriage House designated spot (the whole time)- even though there was a sign.

It was nice cottage,ideal for singles or 2-3 people.It was also walkin distance to the stores of all kinds of stuff .We enjoyed are stay..Thanks

Loved the location and ease to downtown

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and loved the closeness to the historic district. We walked to two great restaurants less than one half mile away: Local Flavors and So Good Kitchen. Enjoyed the two-person jetted tub with bubbles to the edge! We cooked several meals in the kitchen and appreciated the stock of oil, coffee, dishes, pots, pans and more. The king bed was very comfortable. We were rather nervous about any pet hair causing a penalty of $250, so did a lot of cleaning and lint rolling on the furniture before checkout. The art, architecture, quirky vibe, geological formations around town make Eureka Springs a unique place to visit.

You really cant beat the location in town. Its already great to have parking on-site, for 3 different units. Would be nice if they will update their check-in instructions to advise you which of the 3 units you are staying in and how to get there from the parking lot, as I spent 1 hour trying to get into the main house, before being let into the studio, only to find out the my unit was the small garage on the opposite side of the main house. They just need to number each unit so they can say "Goto unit 3". Also, the circular shower curtain ring is weird as its hard to shower without it touching you. Take it down and just use 1 shower curtain rod. No one wants to be touched by those curtains. It was a great little place for 3 nights though, and super convenient.

It was perfect for our wedding weekend. The Carriage House met all our needs. It was private, comfortable and loved the outdoor seating area. We were able to bring our elderly dog with us. We walked everywhere, that included to dinner at The Grotto, thank you Aspen for the suggestion. Shout out to Jills Photography for our great pictures and Eureka and Co for the flowers. It was truly a wonderful weekend. We will be back!

Great place. Nicely furnished. Comfortable in everyway. Perfect location for my dog and I to retreat. Awesome jacuzzi tub. Everything went smoothly. KItchen was easy to use - I cooked the 3 days I was there. Loved everything about it except there is a weird noise that comes on with the heater sometimes, not every time but occasionally that would wake me. Other than that, it was a joy to be in the Carriage House! Thank you all so much!

Quiet and comfortable.

The property was perfect for us in every way, in cleanliness, decor, location to downtown. The size was just right for two people. The small kitchen had everything we needed. The jacuzzi was always a treat after a full day of walking thousands of steps, and the king size bed was very comfortable. We explored the downtown as well as the lakes and springs not too far from the city. The Passion Play was well done. Loved this property and recommend it highly. Glad we had such a nice place to stay.

The unit was just as pictured on the site and very clean! The bed was super comfortable! We were able to park the car and not move it until we checked out. We were steps away from great dining and shops! I would definitely stay again!

We were very happy with the condition of the Carriage House. It is very cute and homey. Very clean, excellent condition, well stocked with the essentials, and a welcome book to explain the instructions for everything. It was easily accessible when we arrived. The location is perfect.
